1 – Download and Print an Entry Form

You can mail your printed application along with a CD containing a digital image of your entry to the following address:

2 – Submit Your Entry Online
Your application can be sent via email to the following address -

Please Include the Following Information in Your Email:

• Name (First and Last )
• Address
• Phone (Home and/or Cell)
• Title of Your Art Work
• Size (in inches)
• Year Your Work was Completed
• Medium
• Price (Write NFS if Not For Sale)
• Number of images you are submitting
• Paypal transaction ID (if applicable)

*REMEMBER TO ATTACH A DIGITAL IMAGE OF YOUR ENTRY ALONG WITH YOUR EMAIL APPLICATION!
