There are Two Ways to Submit our Entry to the Salon Prize.
1 – Download and Print an Entry Form

You can mail your printed application along with a CD containing a digital image of your entry to the following address:

2 – Submit Your Entry Online
Your application can be sent via email to the following address – cleahbunting@gmail.com
Please Include the Following Information in Your Email:
- Name (First and Last )
- Address
- Phone (Home and/or Cell)
- Title of Your Art Work
- Size (in inches)
- Year Your Work was Completed
- Medium
- Number of images you are submitting
- Paypal transaction ID (if applicable)
*REMEMBER TO ATTACH A DIGITAL IMAGE OF YOUR ENTRY ALONG WITH YOUR EMAIL APPLICATION!
